What is Iyengar Yoga.
 
This is a strong physical form of yoga which pays great attention to detail and correct allignment, ensuring maximum benefits to the internal and external body. Sessions can be tailor-made for the individual, for example, for a specific sport; to heal an injury, or to balance the mind/emotions.

Yoga postures are held for some time, which really helps the body to become strong but without creating stiffness or tension.

Each class is followed by a 10 - 15 minutes deep relaxation.
